COMPLAINTS

We provide only top quality products and your order has been carefully packed before shipping and we make every effort to minimise the risk of damage in delivery. Upon delivery of the products make sure everything is complete and undamaged. If you are missing a product or receive a product with a defect, please contact us via email.

RETURNS

All purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Simply use the following return form and return the items to us in new, unused condition. 

Please complete the return form (including reason for return) and package the items in a shipping box or envelope with sufficient protective material to defend against damage during shipping. Zoco Home will not be responsible for return expenses.

Returning the goods is not possible in following cases:
- Company orders
- Special and tailor-made orders.

Please note: Carpets, doors and tiles will be shipped from our Spanish warehouse and therefore returns to Spain (Return address in dispatch note). Please let us know before returning Carpets, tiles or doors info@zocohome.com.

We will refund the value of the returned item and any taxes charged within 10 days of your return reaching our facility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event we made an error on your order, all charges are eligible for refund.
